Ag in the Classroom returned to Johnson City Elementary School today to teach our 1st-graders about flour, how it's made, and the many food items that use flour as an ingredient. The students watched wheat seeds ground into flour and had the opportunity to make Gingerbread Play-Doh by mixing flour, water, salt, ginger, and oil. Fun!
