2023 APP Donations & Volunteers

We are looking for food and prize donations in addition to volunteers for setup, clean up and assistance throughout the after prom party.  

Donations: 

Gifts cards, prizes, etc. are needed by Friday, June 16th 

Food/drink donations can be dropped off to the south lobby at the high school during set up times.

Volunteers: 

UPDATE (5/25) - We need to adjust the set up times and jobs that were initially listed: Set up will be done on Thursday, June 22nd from 1-4 and 6-11.  Additionally, some of the duties for the second half of the night are adjusted because students will be in the auditorium with the hypnotist beginning at 2:00am.

We apologize for any confusion as the sign up went live before the details were finalized.  Anyone signed up for a position that is changed should get a notification.  Thank you for your patience and help!

Shifts during the APP are split: 11:00-2:00  and 2:00-4:30 (includes tear-down/clean up) but volunteers are welcome to stay and help for the entire night!
