The Johnson City Teacher Center (JCTC) is a member of the New York State Teacher Center (NYSTC) Network whose mission is to “provide high-quality professional learning opportunities for educators to enrich their teaching practice and improve student learning and achievement”.  
As a grant funded organization, the JCTC seeks to support and initiate professional development programs in alignment with the NYSTC, NYSED, and the Johnson City Central School District, with a specific focus on professional learning for new teachers.

The Johnson City Teacher Center is excited to offer professional learning opportunities for Johnson City K-5 instructional staff. The Teacher Center will  pay the contractual rate for group meeting times that are scheduled beyond the contractual day and cover the cost of the book purchase (for book studies).  Please consider signing up today!
