Students learn how moon craters are formedMiddle school students in Amanda Mauro's class got their hands dirty this week and learned how craters are formed on the moon. They experimented by dropping rocks on the "moon" to see how the craters are formed. Earlier in the week, the students read about astronaut Christina Koch who broke the record for the longest single spaceflight by a woman.
