
Youth across New York State have declared October 13 as "Seen Enough Tobacco Day," a day dedicated to protecting themselves and their peers from the billions of dollars spent each year on tobacco promotions that influence young people. The goal is to put an end to youth smoking, vaping and other tobacco use.
Today, students in our JCHS Chapter of Reality Check hosted an awareness activity during lunch periods, using creative displays and interactive events to educate others about the harmful impact of tobacco marketing.
