After an initial warning period during the month of June, the "School Bus Stop Arm Camera Program" went into full effect June 24.
Residents caught on camera during that period received warning tickets, but those tickets will now have fines attached to them.
Broome County Executive Jason Garner laid out the numbers from the testing period in a news conference Thursday morning at JC High School.
