Congratulations to all of our music students in grades 4-12 who participated in the NYSSMA Solo festival at Johnson City High School this past weekend. Students prepared solos and small ensembles to perform and be adjudicated at our state festival. NYSSMA takes extra preparation outside the school day, and students prepare for the festival throughout the school year. We thank all of the teachers who helped our students through this process. We also congratulate junior Siriwunxai Viengkham, who scored a 100 on her voice solo at the All-State level, the highest state level of adjudication!
