Students in the Johnson City Middle School's Liberty Partnership program have been reading to kindergarten classes each Friday during the school year. Each week, one Liberty Partnership student is selected to read a story to help them with public speaking and reading comprehension, build stronger connections between spoken and written words, strengthen their fluency and help build a stronger relationship between Liberty Partnership and the elementary school.
