JCHS Music enjoys a trip to NYC

The JCHS Marching Wildcats, Orchestra and Sophisticats toured NYC this past Friday and Saturday. The show choir had fun attending a Broadway workshop hosted by Open Jar Studios, where they learned a song and choreographed number from the Broadway musical “Hadestown.” The Marching Band and Color Guard also had the unique opportunity to perform on the hangar level of the Intrepid Museum. The groups enjoyed watching a performance of “Hadestown” and received autographs from actors afterward. It was a busy and inspiring trip!
