Middle school parent/teacher conferences coming up Dec. 9-10
We are thankful and appreciative to our superintendent and board of education to have the opportunity to meet with parents/guardians on December 9 and 10 for parent/teacher conferences. In order to maximize our time together, we are allotting 20 minutes per conference. Parents/guardians will be contacted by a member of your child’s grade level team if the teacher(s) is requesting a conference. If a parent/guardian is not contacted and would like a conference, the grade level team will try to accommodate the request on the designated half days (December 9 or 10). If this is not possible, the grade-level team will schedule the meeting after school the following week.
Parents/guardians will be contacted by 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30 if a conference is needed by the grade level team.
December 9 and 10:

Students will be dismissed at 11 a.m., and conference sessions will begin at approximately 11:45 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Conferences will be available in the following formats: in-person, video (Google Meet), or telephone call.
