We are very proud to announce that Johnson City High School English Teacher Rachel Shipp has earned a doctorate degree! On May 14, Dr. Shipp received her Doctorate in Educational Theory, Research, and Practice from Binghamton University's College of Community and Public Affairs. She was among 238 BU doctoral candidates to be hooded in a formal ceremony. Congratulations, Dr. Shipp!
