On Thursday evening, the elementary-middle school hosted an ENL Parent Orientation for families of our newest English as a New Language students. Approximately 50 families were invited to meet their children's new teachers, learn about the school's curriculum, and ask questions. In addition, several local agencies, including the American Civic Association, Community Engagement Officer Peets from the Johnson City Police Department, and representatives from our own JC Connects Community Schools program, were on hand to share helpful information about community resources.
