JC hosting COVID clinic Nov. 12 for students, adults

The Johnson City Central School District is excited to partner with the Broome County Health Department in offering COVID-19 vaccination opportunities to eligible students and adults.
To be vaccinated, students:
• Must be at least 5 years old, AND
• Have parental consent (see below).
The vaccine clinic will be held Friday November 12 from 2:45-4:25 p.m. in the Pathways wing at the high school. Parking will be in the south lot. 2nd doses are planned for December 3. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will be provided at no cost to you or your student.
