Cornell Cooperative Extension's Ag in the Classroom program returned to the elementary school today to begin monthly classroom visits in the 1st-grade wing. To correspond with the fall season, representative Sarah Atwood taught a lesson about apples, discussed some of the most common types, and highlighted some of the food and drink items that use apples - cider, pie, cake, and more.
