Over the weekend, 6th-grade students Henry Zelesnikar, Elijah Chambers, Elora Gentile, Catherine Hrywnak, Carter West, Jeremy Rosics, and Arieya Solomon represented our middle school at the 2025 Broome County Mathalon, hosted by BAE Systems at Binghamton University.
The team tackled seven challenging rounds covering a wide range of math topics. While they didn’t finish in the top three, they showed incredible teamwork, determination, and problem-solving skills throughout the competition.
We’re proud of their hard work and the positive energy they brought to the event. Great job, Mathalon team!
