JC Connects recently ended its Ukrainian Relief Fund project and we are proud to say our students and staff donated $4,563, in addition to clothing, diapers and other necessities. Also, Middle School ELA teacher Lydia Dozoretz's students collected $1,100 toward the effort.
On April 4, the Mayba family, who are also members of the First Ukrainian Pentecostal Church of Binghamton, visited the school to pick up the collection. They noted their church will be matching our donation dollar-for-dollar. We thank everyone who contributed to this effort. We are JC!
