The Marching Wildcats participated in the 2009 Baldwinsville Fantasy of Sound Marching Band Competition on September 19th. This was the Marching Wildcats first competition of the 2009 season.

Even though this was their first competition of the year, the Marching Wildcats achieved a remarkable score of 71.10 and placed FIRST in the Small School 3 Division, besting three other marching bands in their division. Great job Wildcats!

Vestal Golden Circle
of Bands
Field Competition

The Marching Wildcats participated in the 2009 Vestal Golden Circle of Bands Field Competition on October 10th. This was the Marching Wildcats second competition of the 2009 season.

The Marching Wildcats continued their stellar season and achieved a  score of 78.85 and placed FIRST in the Small School 3 Division. Great job Wildcats!

Fall Festival of Bands
Field Competition

The Marching Wildcats participated in the 2009 Norwich Fall Festival of Bands Field Competition on October 24th. This was the Marching Wildcats last competition before the NYS Field Band Conference Championships at the Syracuse Dome next week.

The Marching Wildcats continued with their unbeaten season and achieved their highest score of the year with a 80.65 and placed FIRST in the Small School 3 Division besting out 3 other bands in their division.    Great job Wildcats!

New York State
Field Band Conference
Championship
(NYSFBC)

1st Place

     (November 1, 2009)

The Marching Wildcats continued their unbeaten season by taking FIRST Place at the NY State Field Band Conference Championships at the Syracuse Dome. The Marching Wildcats achieved their highest score of the year with a 85.00 besting out 12 other bands from across NY State in the Small School 3 Division. This is the Marching Wildcats second NY State Title in the past three years. Great job on a FANTASTIC season Wildcats!
